Spray Polymer :
This structural repairs technique is a ready-to-use sprayable – cement based repair mortar, giving high early strength, reduced rebound and allows for thickness upto 150mm in one go. This polymer based mortar is to be pressure sprayed ,with addition of required amount of water and no in-situ addition of any other material. The repair work is speedy and the set mortar attains strength upto 40N/mm² in 28 Days.
USES: Reinstating of columns, cement silos and chimneys, retaining walls, water front structures, dams, irrigation canals, tunnel linings etc.
Carbon Fiber Wrapping :
Rehabilitation of structural repairs in Carbon Fiber Wrapping improves the Load Carrying Capacity of structural members.
It is easy to install for any shape and size of a structural member.
It gives strength very quickly with least disturbance to the existing structure. It increases the lifespan of a structure.
Carbon wrapping does not change the shape of the existing structure.
Glass Fiber Wrapping :
Rehabilitation of structural repairs in Glass Fiber Wrapping is done to improve the strength of RCC Members, Masonry, etc.
Using this method the resistance to seismic movements can be improved.
It is light in weight and can be used where the size of the member cannot be changed while retrofitting.

Carbon Laminate :

This externally bonded strip is analogous to steel plate bonding, but since it is light in weight, it does not add any dead weight to the structure.
